To expedite the approval process, Stratco has pre-engineered a vast number of standard Outback designs that have undergone rigorous testing and certification. Some bespoke designs may require project-specific engineering. Stratco and your SEQ Patio Group will arrange the engineering on your behalf. This ensures your design meets structural integrity guidelines.

The time taken for council and other statutory authority approvals can vary considerably. SEQ Patio Group may be able to accelerate the process by obtaining private certification. Please feel free to inquire if this is an option for your project.
